What Put This Look On Eddie Money’s Face?
Detroit favorite Eddie Money was in town today preparing for his season opener at DTE Energy Music Theatre on May 23rd. Eddie stopped by the CBS Radio studios and sat down for a brief conversation with CBS Detroit’s Evan Jankens. As you will see in the video, Eddie takes questions from Twitter about what he considers paradise, and who does his hair. Before that, Jankens shows The Money Man some of the wild things girls are doing on Twitter these days. Eddie’s only response, “Exotic.”
Eddie Money rose to success in 1977 with his self-titled debut which featured the hits “Baby Hold On” and “Two Tickets To Paradise.” Other classic rock hits from Money include “Shakin’,” “Think I’m In Love,” “No Control,” “Gimmie Some Water,” “I Wanna Go Back,” “Walk on Water” and his duet with Ronnie Spector, “Take Me Home Tonight.”
Money has partnered with the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF), a non-profit organizationthat provides support to United States military personnel and their families, since May 2011. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of his single “One More Soldier Coming Home,” a tribute to the men and women of the Armed Forces who have lost their lives in service, go to the IFHF.
